Your information and your choices

PinkVita is an education and wellness brand operated by PINKVITA QUANTUM LIFE SCIENCES PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN U47219WR2026PTC297465, based in Siliguri, West Bengal, India.

This notice explains how we handle information when you read this website, use its learning tools, join the waiting list or send an enquiry. For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@pinkvita.in. For other company or product questions, email contact@pinkvita.in.

Reading and learning

You can read our articles, lessons and sources without creating an account or giving us contact details.

The routine check-in and knowledge quiz work in your current browser tab. Your answers are not sent with an enquiry or waiting-list request, and are not used to create a health profile. They are not saved as learning progress. Reloading the page starts a new check-in.

The check-in is an educational guide. It does not measure your magnesium level, diagnose a condition or determine whether you need a supplement.

Information you choose to send

When you submit the interest form, we collect:

  • Your chosen contact method and the email address or mobile number needed for it.
  • Your first name, if you provide it.
  • Whether you are joining the waiting list or making an enquiry, and the selected enquiry topic where relevant.
  • Your adult confirmation, the permission you give, the wording/version of that permission and the submission record needed to manage it.
  • Limited technical information needed to receive the request, prevent abuse and avoid duplicate records.

Please do not send symptoms, prescriptions, test reports or medical records through the enquiry form. We do not need them to answer a general product or company question. If you contact us directly by email, we also receive the information you include in that message.

How we use it

We use an enquiry to respond to the topic you selected. We use a waiting-list registration to send the product-availability updates you requested. We also use limited records to protect the service, manage your choices, investigate delivery problems and meet applicable legal obligations.

An enquiry is not permission for unrelated promotions. Joining the waiting list is not an order, payment or stock reservation. Selecting a phone number means a telephone call unless a different channel is separately explained and agreed. It does not automatically authorize WhatsApp or SMS marketing.

We do not sell your enquiry details or use your quiz answers for advertising.

Website security and service information

Our hosting and security services process normal connection details, such as IP address, browser information, request time and the page requested, to deliver and protect the website. We limit what our application records and keep contact details and quiz answers out of routine application logs.

Optional visitor journey analytics and advertising tracking are not enabled in this release. If we introduce optional measurement, we will explain the change and provide the relevant choice before enabling it where required.

Who helps us provide the service

Cloudflare provides website hosting and security infrastructure. Our customer-management service receives the contact request needed for the purpose you selected. Authorized team members and service providers may process information to operate these functions, under the arrangements applicable to their role.

You can ask privacy@pinkvita.in for the current contact-data service-provider details. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and address misuse.

Providers may process information in India or other countries. We consider the safeguards and legal requirements that apply to those arrangements; this website does not promise that all processing occurs only in India.

How long we keep information

We use the following operating limits:

Enquiries: while we handle the enquiry and necessary follow-up, normally no longer than 12 months after the last interaction.

Waiting list: until the requested availability-update purpose ends, you withdraw, or 12 months pass without a relevant interaction, whichever comes first.

Withdrawal records: a limited record of your choice may be kept for up to 24 months to help us avoid contacting you again without fresh permission.

Temporary delivery copies: up to 24 hours while the website's delivery system processes a request or handles a failed delivery. A request that has reached the customer-management service follows the relevant contact-record period above.

Application security and receipt metadata: normally up to 30 days. These records are limited and are not intended to hold your enquiry message or quiz answers.

Information needed for an unresolved dispute or a legal record-keeping obligation may be retained for the period that obligation requires. Hosting, security and backup records controlled by providers follow their applicable retention and removal processes. We review records and limit access rather than treating a registration as permission to keep everything indefinitely.

Choices saved on your device

If you use learning progress or website preferences, your browser can remember the chapters you explored and the choices you saved. This is separate from your contact request. These records expire on your next visit after 180 days without an update, or earlier if you clear them.

You can clear learning progress in Preferences and remove other saved site data through your browser settings. See Cookies and storage for more detail, including offline copies and editor sign-in.

Asking about your information or withdrawing

Email privacy@pinkvita.in to ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, withdraw permission for future contact, or raise a privacy concern. Tell us which contact address or number you used and what you would like us to do. Please do not send an identity document unless we explain why proportionate verification is needed.

We may need to check that a request comes from the appropriate person before changing a record. We will explain what happens next and any applicable limitation. Withdrawal stops the relevant future contact; it cannot undo a message or enquiry response already delivered. A limited record may remain where needed to respect your choice or meet an applicable obligation.

You do not have to join the waiting list or complete the adult interest form to contact our privacy inbox. Your rights under applicable law are not reduced by this notice.

Children

The interest form and check-in are designed for adults aged 18 and over. We do not intend to collect children's contact details for this service. If you believe a child has supplied information, contact privacy@pinkvita.in so that we can review and address it. General educational pages remain readable without a registration.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when our practices materially change and show the current version and date. Where a new purpose requires a fresh choice, we will ask for it rather than treating an old enquiry as blanket permission.
